St.Paul '76, what... We have this recording?[/QUOTE]
That's a McCartney/Wings show, not Queen.

Thanks a lot! The Crazy tour is obviously a favourite. Freddie's voice has never sounded more fresh on stage.
"Sleeping on the sidewalk" from the US '77 NOTW tour (as released last year) sounds really great.
I'm really convinced this is the sound quality of Brian May's soundboard recordings…
And according to that list that was posted on this forum years ago the following Crazy tour shows are in Brian's collection:
Manchester 27/11, Glasgow 30/11, Newcastle 04/12, Liverpool 07/12, Bristol 09/12, Brighton 10 and 11/12, Ally Pally 22/12 and Hammy '79.
When you listen to recordings like this you can only imagine how truly magnificent those sbds must sound...

First of all, Thanks Greg and Bob for getting this out.
A few things to note:
1. This proves once and for all that Freddie did not hit the C5 on Bo Rhap (you can clearly hear at 3:28 that he hits the Ab4 amended phrasing). Bonus points for Brian messing up at 3:44, didn't notice that on the older sources.
2. I didn't notice the extra B4 on the first chorus of SYW until now, very nice.
3. It's nice to finally see this show in listenable quality, and I thank those brave folks who taped these classic shows.
Update: Also, I have a theory here. It sounds like the "C5" that is heard on Bo Rhap seems to be dubbed in after the fact...sounds similar to the Newcastle one...maybe a watermark? I can clearly hear the amended phrasing too. We'll see as time goes by if we can prove or disprove this.

I think he definitely hit it, but he hit it a bit weak, hence why it's so short compared to Newcastle or Cologne.
