Since "Any Way The Wind Blows" was an established phrase in the English language well before Bohemian Rhapsody (as well as being the title of at least two songs, a 1958 Doris Day-song and a 1966 Frank Zappa-song), this seems to be the most likely. If it were "Anyway", then it would require a comma ("Anyway, the wind blows") because otherwise, the syntax would be incorrect (it would have to be "The Wind Blows Anyway").
Semantically, "any way" also makes more sense because the phrase is followed by "doesn't really matter to me", which has more of a bearing on "any way" (direction) than it would on "anyway".[/QUOTE]

I thought this lyric "any way the wind blows' came from Freddie eating a Crabsalad with extra unions before writing this.
