What Gerry? there is no Gerry! We already know you suffer from Multiple Personality Disorder, do you suffer from dementia too?
Bring out vocals, your other half demented cloned account, lets see what he has to say.

Let’s talk about Queen and their projects here. Not personal insults.
There’s plenty to talk about.

Fucksamoron's been using the random article function on wiki - and still fired blanks.
Like with his daft pal, I'll not be entering into any more discussions with him. Even my multiple personalities can't be arsed with the idiot.

Have you guys thought about the possibility that the pre-Live Aid events in the film might actually describe some events that took place after the Magic Tour? They did have a two-year break from recording after the Magic Tour. The scene of Freddie telling the guys that he has AIDS of course took place in the late 1980s as well.

I thought you meant the song.....
"Mama, just tilled the land..." (why was that the first thing to pop into my head?!
I think the film was done with the best intent. Surely someone will write another, very different film about Freddie one day, but it'll be after Bri & Rog are no longer with us.
If someone wants to begin the script from here who can write well and knows Freddie: I say, by all means - go for it! I can imagine an amazing film about Freddie, focussing more poetically on expressing something about what made him who he was.
If it could contain more of Freddie's wit and joy of life and also convey things such as Freddie's drive and how maybe some of Freddie's experiences in childhood drove him in the direction to become who he was too, I think it could be fascinating.
Edit because people get hung up on the factual inaccuracies, but what transforms a film into greatness in my view is when it expresses some inner truth.
I actually think Bo Rhap does get at something true about Freddie, but it also doesn't get near the whole truth & for sure there could be a way deeper and better film.

It's a film, not a documentary.

Not looking for a documentary. It can tell the truth and be a good movie without being a documentary.

It's so easy...
1) don't mess up the chronology
2) don't invent things that never happened
3) respect who these people were / are
4) don't use ridiculous plot lines to amp up the drama
Bring back this cast and give them a decent script. Then say, "Yes - that's the Band I love and that's how it went down."
otherwise find the script writer and hit them repeatedly about the head for being daft.

Tell MAylor to stay away from the project and you surely get a pretty accurate movie. Looking forward to "The Dirt" the Mötley Crue movie which is supposed to be accurate

I'd have Joe and Phoebe in the movie more than Mary. I'd also have the true story of how he met Jim, and Jim more scenes as well.
Fix the timeline, fix Rami's godawful brain-damaged voice, and stop with the "It's Paul's fault Freddie is sick" bullshit.
Also stop making Deaky look like an idiot

Show the dark sides!
- the dark sides of fame
- drug use, promiscuity
- more arguments between the band
That would have allowed the film to actually develop the characters - and to dive into then. It would have made them more human.
I would also loved to have seen more of Freddie's background - in Zanzibar + in India.

I have no problem with Freddie having a moustache when recording We Will Rock You, or FBG in 1974, but I do have a problem with Freddie being blamed for a breakup of the band which never happened.
Freddie most definitely knew he wasn't very well by Live Aid, although probably didn't know or didn't want to know what it was, so I don't care about that being in the script.
I care about Brian writing We Will Rock You as a slap in the face to Freddie "Screw Him" said Brian just before getting up to clap. I care about Freddie having to grovel which never happened. I care about how much they dissed his solo album and made out like it was to break up the band, which it wasn't even if Queen were in trouble then.
I think Brian May has been a total prick over the script, there were so many other routes the film could have taken that would have been better than the sheer crap that we got. It could have been good but it seems that Ego Will Out.
