Do we really need to have your fantasies wrote for us on a daily basis? There's nothing wrong with the song and he sang it beautifully, no belts (screechy high notes to you) and it's not an official release, it's not put out for radio and isn't being promoted it's just a taster from his album. And regardless if his music bomb's or not he definitely won't be needing to be on cruise ships or bars, aside from not needing the money he'll get plenty of other work.

What universe do you live in where QAL got hate since the Oscars? Not in my universe. There has been nothing but mad praise other than that tacky MelB. People are crying for tickets to their new tour and there are none left!!! People are really hating on them, right!!! You can spin anything to try and match it to your fantasy world!

The same bunch of trolls on facebook doing the no Freddie no Queen thing and some Martel fans are bitching it should have been him and throwing around the usual crap but out in the wider world people are clamouring for tickets like you say, I've seen various tweets asking them to add extra dates at venues that are sold out. There's been the same thing going on for the last seven years and nothing's changed, and for every negative comment on facebook there's a ton of people batting them down but of course runner will only mention the negative one's. I've been reading on there for days and there's plenty positive comments to dilute the negative.

Depends on your definition of writing music, anyone can write lyrics if they have the talent, he does write lyrics but to write the melody line, chord progressions etc he obviously needs musicians for that part. He works with them though, can sing parts to change them to more what he has in mind, that's why he likes to collaborate and it works. Even though all the Queen guys could write music and play instruments they often "jammed" and changed things on the fly, there's nothing to stop Adam doing that and he does with various musicians. You don't actually need to play an instrument or be able to write musical notation, especially not with all the software available now but obviously it makes a damn site easier if you are a musician.

Who cares?? Lots of people write music, not many sing with an extraordinary voice. Every person has a different talent, Adam's is singing and that is what Roger and Brian wanted in their frontman. He doesn't need to play an instrument or write music, he just needs to sing with them. They already have music written and musicians who play the music. Only a singer was needed to complete the bill and Adam does that. More and more people are hearing and loving QAL, so Roger and Brian made a brilliant choice selecting Adam. There are very few singers in the world who can sing the entire catalog in the original key and sound credible in every genre of their music. Not sure why playing an instrument or writing music has to do with the price of tea in China? If you are indicative of the fans of the true Queen, maybe you need a few extra skills in the thinking department!! Someone missed a couple when you were created!!

Bucstateflon; I am a Queen fan of over 45 years and i do not accept Adam Lambert in any shape or form.
He is a total insult when you think how sheer talented Freddie was.
Lambert has not got the magic to excite an audience the way Freddie had and i doubt his music will be relevant in the next 5 years at all.

Sniflese Adam is nothing at all if you strip away the Queen music and Queen who prop him up continuously.
Could Adam survive without Queens input ? answer: NO
Lambert has his ahead above water for now but Queen let him go he will sink without trace!
Enjoy the time he has left because his shelf life is running out!

You do talk rot, every time he does anything he gets tons of media interest and publicity, sorry to burst your bubble but he's actually well liked and will always get work, he's easy to work with, easy to interview and always generates lots of interest when he's included in things, all the ingredients for keeping a career going. Will he top the charts, maybe not who knows, but that's not the only thing he needs to do and he has no shortage of offers away from Queen, in fact he's turned down things due to being away on tour so he'll just have more time to devote to solo projects.
