Yeah Brian does not need the money as he and Roger made £28 million each from the Bo Rhap movie.
The Queen in 3D book was out ages ago as was the "New Horizons" Cd so puzzled why Brian was promoting them?
May & Taylor need to get back in the studio and honour our Freddie with some more unreleased tracks instead of wasting time playing karaoke hits with Lamb-tit.

Yes Queen In 3D is not new, but like any successful books it's been reprinted (a publishing decision) Brian made decided to add pics from the Bo Rhap film.

It wa nice seeing Brian chatting about stuff he is involved or interested in. He was looking relaxed and happy and the presenters seemed happy to have him there.

He seemed genuinely impressed with the art work, and the artist was genuinely pleased to meet him.

Of course you'd pick fault as usual. . . . it wasn't a Freddie feature so you would.

At some point BM and RT may be interested in releasing new material or finding material in existing archives that can be released with some updating--it's a fair assumption their fans both old and new would enjoy new material. They have a lot to work with if they're feeling so inclined.

I assume it's not only about the money because they could earn a lot (and still do) without having to travel, tour, or do much of anything. John D. does quite well with the royalties and part ownership of the rights. But playing is what they know, and they seem to enjoy it, and being a star and having people listen to whatever you say, has its perks.

Think about the Rolling Stones still touring (they'll get back to it once Mick is healed). They have no need for the money, but I think they quite like the applause and still being relevant. Besides, if no one trotted out Keith Richards on stage how would anyone *really* know he's still alive?

Yeah great post, and i certainly hope we hear new Queen tracks very soon as that part of the Queen machine has been ignored.
I was just reading a Freddie Mercury interview from 1975 the other day and Freddie said the band had discarded loads of tracks from "A Night At The Opera"
so that makes me aware that those tracks could be lying idol somewhere?
By the way how would Rolling Stone fans feel if Mick Jagger was replaced just like our Freddie?
