Part Three: New thread while Thor and Lee's book is in Publication

Lsgp03, I agree with you on that one that book was sold before it was ever written.Conversations are a pass time that's correct.

That's how most of us feel but the people who backed out did so for two reasons they expressed very clearly. The thread is meant to be about Thor Lee and the book but for the last who knows how many pages it hasn't been and finding real updates on here about the book is difficult because of that banter. And two because someone decided they wanted to act strangely after once supporting Thor and Lee and started spouting off insults towards them. This thread has turned into a clown show and makes the project look off to some.

I understand people want to keep up a cheery chat here and it's a free world etc etc but it makes this thread look a certain way and when people come to the thread about The Book to get updates on the book process and can't find the updates under a bunch of unrelated chatting AND see a ridiculous show like we did today? Of course it looks bad. And donations at any price may not be easy for some to make so I can understand their side. However if one of you are still reading this I personally have fully trust in the project and I'd like to remind you that Thor also keeps updates on the go fund me page itself if you ever want a quick view of the latest without sorting through page after page here.

To the people just wanting to chat about all things friendly and unrelated to the book I would applaud you for your friendly nature and hope you continue to do so but perhaps in another thread so as to not continue to (unintentionally) frustrate those who donated and are just looking for updates.

You literally cannot say her outburst did not cause them to pull their donations. It's the very reason they decided to.

Yes. Those who have donated have easy access to all the updates I've given about the book. You can join GoFundMe without giving a single "yen, mark, a buck or a pound!" and read these updates yourself. I am not sure what else I can do at this time. Lee and I are busy with our second draft, which, for the moment, is complete. We, however, are still waiting for this second draft. Additionally, we are pretty sure we will need a third and final draft.

Ignore her. Ive spoken with Thor. She's been trying to talk to him and he wont have it anymore so neither should we. He's full out done with her as he said and I think we should all do the same. Yikes! Apparently, there was more drama on the thread last night vs. the Academy Awards. I remember fondly last year how many of us on the thread watched the Academy Awards together, cheering Queen's performance and rooting for "Bohemian Rhapsody" and Rami Malek.

Anyway, I prefer to make lemonade out of lemons.
