Thanks for the link, Katydyd. I just saw another video last week with a different name but it's the exact same video. It's called Queen Magic Moments. I'm not sure why the title is different. It was a good video with perspectives from Freddie's friends.

In relation to FreddieDarlings posting of the plaque, i was re-watching Greatest Video Hits 1 and there is an extra where Brian is talking about the making of BoRhap. It is mind blowing the work and creativity behind it and the absolute musical genius of FM. Brian’s reference to Freddie pointing out the effects in the Hendrix album brought it to mind. Was funny because when I saw the title hadn’t recalled seeing it; just had s chance to watch first few in this one and recalled seeing them. I’m so grateful you shared it also Amidds... had been a while since I had seen it.

FredfieD—- ohh thanks for the recommendation! How exciting —addition to your collection—is this one very different than the 40 years of Queen? I watched part of one of the videos where they unveil and flip thru it... looked like a lot of images... just checking while deciding :))

IMO the 40 Years of Queen book had the edge over the Ultimate Illustrated Guide to the Crown Kings of Rock, but you have to make sure you get the 2011 release and not the recent Treasures of Queen. It CAN be had for a reasonable price despite being listed at ridiculously inflated prices by some greedy Robdogs!

I have just purchased the Phil Sutcliffe book. I would also very highly recommend the book 'Queen' revised and updated by Georg Purvis. Its like an encyclopaedia of Queen and has information about everything. To me it's the best book if you are interested in the back catalogue of every song ever written and the reasons behind them, the tours , albums etc.

JB, I admit that I detest the Simpsons, but did watch last night. Huge waste of time!!! Nothing, but it did reinforce why I don't like the show.
Quick story about the Sutcliffe book, which, by the way, is very nice. So, my granddaughter Bella wanted to draw a picture of Freddie in his silver glitter leotard for me. I found a full page picture of him wearing the suit in the book and gave it to her. Suddenly I hear "Nana!!!!!!!!!!" in a very shocked voice. Whoops...….on the facing page is a picture of one of the nude girls on a bike from "Bicycle Race". My son was also in the room and he told me he would be very interested to hear my explanation of that! I just told her it was a joke and found another picture. Unfortunately now when she hears the song she calls it the "naked bike girls" song.
Doughnut, I'm excited to hear you will see Queen+AL in London. I heard those tickets sold out right away. Is this your first time for them? Did you get some of the Little Debbie doughnut sticks? I keep some of them in the freezer. I like to say they are there for when the grandkids come. That's actually not true. Love them!
Fredfie (haha), would love if you posted pics from 40 years!!! Or PM me if no one else is interested?!?!? I continue to be disappointed by that book, should have returned it. Have been unable to find the 2011 under $100 so if you know of any reasonably priced, trustworthy sources, please share.
Doughnut, I've seen mixed reviews on the Purvis book, glad to see your recommendation. Will probably give it a shot as it IS reasonably priced lol.
