I've become a Mommy!

I've had some stick insect eggs hatch out! (2casualties so far, but I think I have half a dozen babies living!) No bigger than about 3-4mm.

Thor, I appreciated the medical explanation. I remember my Dad having the IV antibiotics at home. I imagine there is so much more to your recovery than we can imagine. Did anyone else struggle to follow the interview dialogue over the music in the Greatest Hits Radio Freddie Mercury programme ? I love Freddie's music but I Can't listen to him talk and sing at the same time! Especially with the music's volume that high ! Poor production on that side of things, I think.

Rainbow, love the music box! I’ve seen a cool one on Instagram but it’s from China. I’ve waited months for stuff from there and shipping is not gentle so I haven’t wanted to risk it. Plus it’s got BoRhap, which is great, but I’d much prefer LOML!!

Fredfie, can’t do the Fri show but I’m gonna shoot for the Sun one. I assume 4:30 is NOT for America so I have to adjust for London????? I had to look up the stick bugs (?) you referenced because all I could see in the pic was something resembling the fruit flies I’ve been killing in my office all week lol. Now I’m wondering if it was actually fruit flies I was killing? Hope I wasn’t killing distant relatives of your new babies! Congrats btw! I will have a glass of Moët in honor of your new family :)

Amidds, the programme in Greatest Hits radio begins at 4 p.m. GMT. It's about 56 minutes long. Less with the adverts taken out.

My stick insects are Indian red leg stick insects, and don't fly (the only stickie on the photo is the one near the penny, the others are eggs) so don't worry, you haven't been splatting their cousins. :-)

Fredfie—- you are full of great and interesting surprises. It is fascinating that you have stick insects. what does their care entail? Do you keep them in cages? How many do you have? Do you name them.? :)). (Loved the description in Jim’s book about Freddie naming the cats as they arrived)

Katydyd- still catching up—don’t think I’ve commented on it yet but loved your son’s reaction and your answer to your Granddaughter!! Great story.

Fredfie—- thanks so much for the refresh story. I remember the story of Freddie and Tony Hadley.... but didn’t remember about Tony Williams. Thanks for your detailed knowledge and memory..I do have to go back to remember where I saw/read specific details. The visual of Joe holding Freddie upside down is so funny.

It was amazing to go through the box set pack last night including the book with all lyrics, Mr Bad Guy poster, video DVD and 3 CDs. (Haven’t listened:watched yet)

Somewhat short answer:
I agree, that with the other books many of us have... you will have, or have seen videos with many of the quotes and images in the book. Of course, the whole presentation is so nice. Love the colors and so cool having all of the solo lyrics in one place, including the Barcelona album...great companion with the Queen illustrated lyrics...(yay!!!)

There are a few pictures I don’t recall seeing before and of course the visual display of the pages is really nice. I’ll attach a few images too. Will check back after I listen and watch the discs.
