Read all the press and concert goer's (who are ACTUALLY AT THE CONCERT!!!) tweets, posts and reviews. Most folks say it is the BEST concert they have ever seen. Last night was an epic show. Other bands could only hope for half the success and accolades. There are many many teens and younger people who have now been exposed to Queen's music and Freddie, which is great for the band. That is how music stays alive through the ages.
Queen's music would be alive no matter what, but it is in a different realm now due to the touring and the movie. Yea, they do need Adam as he is the only singer in the world that can sing the entire catalog and be credible and consistent. By the way over half of the music in this tour was written by Roger and Brian so I don't get the "Freddie's cost" crap. It is also their music and you can bet that Freddie's estate gets a cut of everything. Are you a friend or relative of Freddie because you sure seem overly concerned with him? Only living artists can perform tours, thus it isn't an option for Freddie, so I don't see how it detracts from him at all. They didn't tour because they couldn't find the right person to front the band and now that they have, Roger and Brian can once again perform which is what they love to do and has been their entire life. Most of the world loves the QAL tours, so you are in a very, very, very tiny minority of haters! Aren't you proud?

Brian and Roger don't want a pretend Freddie and MM's voice wouldn't withstand the rigors of the QAL tours. MM sounds pretty bad after only a few weeks. He is also as dull as dishwater when he performs and He doesn't fit the light, theatrical flair of the current shows. Why does MM have any cred? He is a totally dependent on Queen's music and has no career that I can see outside of it. Adam has many more things going on outside of Queen than MM. Why in the world would he sing with Roger and Brian? Yuck is all I can say to that one.

1, You people are always complaining that Adam doesn't sing or behave like Freddie on stage. So,how can he be so different (per complaint on here) and copy him at the same time? Adam brings his flair and is not at all like Freddie in his voice or in his performance on stage. They are both theatrical, like to dress up and have great voices, but that is about it. Adam just isn't like Freddie on stage and the last thing he or Roger and Brian want is having a Freddie wannabe, like MM. You are talking out of both sides of your mouth! Although MM is only similar to Freddie in voice, as he isn't much of a performer.

Adam has been nominated for a Grammy, had a no. 1 album, sold millions of records, been on some of the most prestigious shows on TV for real singers in tributes (Kennedy Center, Cher's special, etc), has done the voice for a new movie to be released this summer, all the while singing in close to 200 shows with Queen. I am sure there is more, but that comes to mind right now. Pray tell what accolades MM has received? Not sure I know of any. And who has the cred here? Adam is extremely well known and highly respected in the world of music by many directors and folks in the upper echelon of the business.

You are the one using double standards as anyone can see that Mark is very pale shadow of Adam. Not even close! Even if that were not the case, Adam has the perfect voice to sing the Queen catalog, per Brian and Roger (the only ones that really count) and the millions of tweets, reviews, etc of people that second that by lauding Adam's voice and the entire show. Your paltry handful of "mean girls" on here are not even a minute fraction of the total people who love QAL.
