Some folk on here just like to be righteous let that twat who calls themselves Circle of Eidolon.
You obviously are on job seekers allowance and have a sad life then!
Righteous, maybe. but it appears to be the thoughts of a superior intellect. In the above post he managed to imply that you are exactly what you called him/her/them without resorting to lowering them selves to your level.

The amusing thing is you can't see it.

That is the sign of a very immature person.
The fact is they are wrong and i am quite right like i always am.
Oh is that arrogant? Funny must be catching that habit from you vocal harmony lol
Are you seriously that stupid.

You're calling someone who makes you look like a fool immature yet you're the person who resorts to name calling and insults when you don't agree with someone.

Really not sure what to think there, Brian. No one would want a yellowjacket moustache 'day-oh' guy singing with Brian and Roger - I wouldn't anyway.

But someone who can sing the songs in the manner they're meant to be sung - absolutely, that would be great. I wish they'd consider that.
If We Are The Champions had been (don't laugh) originally written by Def Leppard, I probably wouldn't be able to stand the sound of it. If a guy who sounded like Freddie then covered it, I'd be an instant convert.
To me, the door swings both ways - I love Queen songs but they can be a stylistic mismatch if you shove the wrong guy in there. No hate on the singer - it's just not a match. It was the same with Paul Rodgers and his endless 'oooooh' trills.

All of which is to say Brian could learn to relax a little bit and stop selling people short. 'You haven't thought this through' is a pretty whopping bit of condescension, when there's people out there (cough) who literally think things through all day because dem brains like to keep busy, even when they don't have important tasks to work on.
It's not sacrilege to suggest that somewhere between 'vague soundalike' and 'impersonator', there's a better guy for the job than the one they picked. Of course it's ten years too late for that discussion, but at the very least someone could tell Lambert that the sleeveless look absolutely doesn't work for him.

By now, they have found a new fan for every fan like you.
I‘ve also seen a lot of tweets by people, who went there not expecting much, thinking they would hate Adam as the frontman. A few afterwards did really apologize for their „not so nice“ tweets before.

As you said, the train is long gone . I don’t believe, they could find another singer, that would fit like Adam. There are too many things, that the frontman for Brian and Roger must bring to the table.

And by the way: This fan here loves Adam’s sleeveless looks. I would like to see it more often. :)

Ten years later they have more than proven that Adam has been the perfect choice for the Queen legacy to go on.

No one sings better LIVE than Adam! And it doesn’t matter how he became known!

The OP has not said whether or not she has been to a Queen + Adam Lambert concert but it is obvious she has not! If not Adam, who? Bruce Springsteen? Bruno Mars? Nick Jonas? Seal? Steve Perry? David Lee Roth? Sammy Hagar? Bono?

To each his own. You guys can wallow in all that is Freddie with your CD's and youtubes and we can enjoy the here and now and all that is QAL. If you are so happy, why do you keep complaining? Just watch Freddie and stop posting here! Post Freddie love on the Freddie threads. That way we can all be happy campers. We don't go to the actual Queen threads and piss and moan so don't know why you feel compelled to do that over and over again. We know how you feel and once is enough! Unless you have something new and interesting to bring to the table, which you never do. No one says you are not entitled to your opinion, but we all know what it is and negativity gets tiring at some point!

Miracle, actually Adam sings much better live than Freddie did. Freddie couldn't bring it every night as well you know. Brian has said many times that Adam can sing on stage and hit notes Freddie could only do in the studio. There is no disputing that. Adam is a much better, nuanced technical singer than Freddie ever was live and he sounds the same or better after a long hard tour. There is no degradation of his voice. Now, if you are talking showman that is a different kettle of fish. Freddie was the consummate showman, but the singing and showmanship are two separate things. Adam is the best live singer I have ever heard and I have read singing critics and people who know singing, say that time and time again.

Proves again that you are a tasteless and clueless dickhead . Anyone who says that Lameturd with his thin whiny women's voice is beter than Freddie who had a powerhouse voice, should see a shrink or pull the trigger. Just listen to "Save Me" - elevator Music when Lamebird sings it, A powerhouse when Freddie belts it out. Lameturd may hit higher notes but he sounds absolutely annoying and thin. Get your ears checked you sad cunt

I agree - it cannot get worse than this. Once this was a ROCK band now it a s Las Vegas cabaret act with a freak on the mic who cannot sing rock music

SweetCaroline No one sings better LIVE than Freddie Mercury so lets get a red line under that shall we!
Adam tries his best but he is not a proper showman like Freddie was and he is not cut from the same cloth either!
The Queen legacy is in tatters because when Queen took Lambert on board they have not made a single album all they have done is tour after tour after tour
which suggests here is a band in limbo that just repeats the same thing time after time after time............ no album to promote just doing Queen karaoke hits ...... with a an American idol runner up.
Sad really !
Until you sit in the audience and hear that fabulous, ringing, immensely huge voice yourself, you can just stuff it with the whiny weak girl's voice crap! You have no clue what you are talking about. Adam' voice could blast you into the next room. Honestly you must need a hearing aid!

No one sings better LIVE than Adam right now. I was comparing people who are alive now. I was not including Freddie which should have been understood. If Freddie was still here and they were still touring around the world doing live shows with HIM that would be a completely different story. So it is silly to still be comparing Adam with someone who isn’t here.

I’m happy for the opportunity to hear this wonderful music in a fantastic and uplifting show. They have decided that after 50 years they do not need to put out new music. They have so many songs in their existing catalog they can’t fit them into two hours now. They don’t need more.

If they come back to the UK and Europe or you live in Australia, New Zealand, Japan or Korea, go to a show! I guarantee you will love it and like me you will be screaming out loud with everyone else in the audience!

I dunno. He compromises on a lot of vowel sounds in order to make the notes, he makes an unpleasant, flat, pitch-bend approach to some of those high notes, as though he's 'searching' for them on the way up - and on top of all that, he doesn't always hit 'em. To me, that's not 'best live singer today' material, unless you're an extremely selective listener. I'm not even hating on the guy - live music is almost never perfect, that's part of the attraction. I'm just saying there's millions of performers out there and you're missing out on some good ones if you seriously think that Q+AL is all there is at the top of the pile.

"By now, they have found a new fan for every fan like you"

Cool, so they have twice as many fans. That's not a problem, I like Queen a lot.
