So is anyone getting all of the information and stuff that he had or does it just go in the trash?[/QUOTE]
... and the ghouls are out ...
RIP to a true gentleman who was more than what he gave to the Queen community.

Thank you so much for the link, Richard. John was a fantastic source of information and a lot was shared in Queenzone by him. Rest in peace, John Stuart.
Cheers,

Very sorry to hear this. In the 15 years or so I've been on this forum I don't think anyone has provided as much fan service as John!

93 posts in 15 years doesn't really mean you are on this forum, unless you are the special correspondent only for funerals, weddings, and bar mitzvahs.

Stop picking on people for no reason. Does it occur to you that some (many) people have been reading this forum for years yet rarely if ever post? If they consider themselves on the forum, so be it. Way to hijack a thread with pointless drivel.
Rest in peace, John.

The irony! If people were a bit nicer on here I would probably be encouraged to post more often. As Chief Mouse quite rightly points out, some people read a lot more than they post. Between all the petty arguments and insults on the Queenzone forum, there's occasionally some useful and interesting information posted.

And a lot of that useful and interesting information came from John and people like him, whose contributions were phenomenal. It's a huge and tragic loss indeed.

Agreed. A dude with enormous knowledge.
I always hoped one day he'd come back and continue to share his vast knowledge, and somehow prove the Hangman recording exists.

Terrible loss.
Requiescat in pace.

Sad to hear. Condolences to his loved ones.
I mean this in the best possible sense; I hope his vast collection is taken care of, and not left to gather dust in some basement.
From what I can remember, he was the gate keeper to some stuff even the band might not have access to?

And i really wonder who and what..

His biggest, greatest, most valuable and completely irreplaceable collection was his kindness, his wit, his generosity, his friendship... and all of that's gone with him, unfortunately.
