I actually managed to post a question this past Sunday. I asked if QOL was back, and if it will stay back. No one answered because it went down again.

There is a lot of good stuff on there but it is dying on its arse at the moment. Plus there's some appalling politics and endless unpleasantness from the old "in crowd" who never get called out by their mates on the moderating team, and keep starting threads called "I miss so-and-so from 2006 this place is too PC now, we used to call a spade a spade, snowflakes etc etc"

They seem to be in the midst of a crisis over there. It's strange that Queen has gotten a boost in popularity from the film but you wouldn't know it by visiting the QOL message boards. You could shoot a cannon through there and not hit a poster.

I’m guessing it’s one of the following:
1) there’s been something horrific said and they’ve overreacted by taking the whole site down
2) a redesign of the whole of QOL is coming and they’re starting with the forums pages
3) they’ve got major system issues and can’t fix it!

1 Nah, I doubt it.
2 Usually if a redesign is happening, it would be known. And its never taken this long to do it.
3 I think you could be right, because right now I don't even get the system error message to come up. The site doesn't load at all.

2 Usually if a redesign is happening, it would be known. And its never taken this long to do it.
3 I think you could be right, because right now I don't even get the system error message to come up. The site doesn't load at all.
