Well, i live in Serbia if you're asking. But nobody on Queenzone lives in Serbia. I don't think about 90 percent know where it is.

Last year I order a Taylored t-shirt, The wrong t-shirt arrived. I informed Queen Online Store of the error, they asked for a photo of the t-shirt sent which I provided them with and they sent me the correct t-shirt free of charge. I was surprised but delighted

Anecdotally, I remember I bought a t-shirt from them way back and it never arrived. This was at the very beginning when they opened the store so ecommerce and distribution weren't what they are today, but it was both expensive and, well, a total waste of money. Pretty sure I even emailed them and got no reply. Needless to say I never bothered again. Just saying, hopefully they provide a decent international service nowadays.

In any case, file a complaint and demand tracking info. A refund even, if they keep you waiting much longer.

How do you know that no-one else on QZ lives in Serbia, and why do you assume that 90% of us haven't heard of it?

It's right next to the Black Mountain and is a Republic of the Balkans. Has produced some good footballers, and at least one world class tennis player too ;)

I did the same, ordered a shirt on Dec 2 and it just arrived earlier this week. I am in the US though. I emailed them last week before I got it and they said to contact them if it didn’t arrive 20 working days after the day they shipped it (assuming you got an email when it shipped?). So you have to count only working days (no Saturdays or Sundays) and also subtract holidays. If you are beyond that date, email and ask them. They were quite quick to respond for me.
Love is still the answer, take my hand...

Hi Electric magic. Have you heard of a small town in Serbia called Bezdan? My grandmother was born there.

Back in 2015 I spent some time in Bezdan, and Subotica and Sombor as well. Nice places and people!

I know Serbia alright because I've seen it on the BBC's World's Most Dangerous Roads - it features the Road of Bones, one of the most horrible infrastructures in creation I've ever heard about it.

Quite an assumption to make. Even if "nobody" else on QZ lived in Serbia, doesn't mean most wouldn't know where it is. From every perspective - save for actual physics, the world is a much smaller place than it used to be. Same applies to our solar system.

We've never been to Jupiter either - but most of us have an idea where it is.
