Brian would be sipping tea in his garden without Adam. Roger would be womanizing in Miami without Adam. Of course they let him do what he likes. But then again, how do you know what goes on behind the scenes? Do you know what Brian and Roger have told Adam no about if he asked if they could do certain things? Nope.
Adam’s an employee. A temporary one at that.
I didn't say they never say no to anything or let him do whatever he wants I said they collaborate, you know discuss things, decide between them, throw ideas around, try things out to see if they work exactly like any band would, they treat him as an equal member not as a boss and not as an employee and as far as they and Adam are concerned it's not temporary, they stopped referring to it as that a while ago, as far as they're concerned he's their permanent guest frontman and he's said he's in it for as long as they want to tour, sounds pretty permanent to me.
