I was relying to both you and runner_70 so the part of my post where I mention the camera man being hit and Brian being sued is clearly in reply to runner ( if you'd read the entire thread this would be obvious) I was trying to save time replying to both of you in one post as at the time time was limited.
Now your reading and understanding of the Law. Firstly yes I can read so I'm capable of understanding what you have read and explained.
Now here's the bit you may be interested in, as you used to be a law student. A couple of days ago I was chatting to a friend on the phone. He had seen the video and commented on it in relation to my job. We got into quite an involved conversation about what had happened in the video. He was of the opinion that nothing had happened that would lead this incident going to court. Brian's words something ugly will happen is not a direct threat of violence.
I should add that the person I was speaking to is a criminal barrister, so is probably more qualified to pass comment on this incident than you.
Just for the record I'm not licking anyone's arse, just airing an opinion.

Brian is frequently intemperate and narcissistic, and has piss poor self-awareness. But the only reason we know that to such a certainty is because he has such a genuine desire to use his platform and privilege meaningfully - to affect social change for the good, as he sees it, and to have real exchanges with real fans, as he sees them. So he's a twat a lot of the time, but a well-intended human basically all of the time.
