Hi all! I saw on Phoebe’s Instagram that he became a Czech citizen, and I was wondering...does anyone know if the guy he works with in Prague (think his name is Milan but I’m not 100% sure on that) is his partner? Or is he just someone Phoebe has a work relationship with? I have wondered for a while, it doesn’t matter either way, but I do hope that Phoebe has someone to settle down with. I always felt kind of sad that he seemed to be on his own.

I have been told by someone who has spent time in his company that he "_likes_ young blond men" , though, so you never know.

Thanks FD, I kind of thought they seem like working friends, but you never know. I thought Phoebe looked a bit thinner too, and he seemed so happy in becoming a citizen. He’s such a nice guy, it’s good to see things turning out well for him.

Saw on Rudi's IG that he still seems quite concerned about COVID. Don't get me wrong, I am too. But he had a face shield, mask and gloves on while he stood on what looked like a deserted beach. I wear a mask everywhere, except when I am outside in the wide open spaces . And it's way too hot for that right now, so............October is my favorite month of the year and I'm ready!!
If anyone is in the area that will be affected by Laura, stay safe!

Katy, Rudi lives in Florida, right? He probably can't be too careful. Yes, masks are hot (I'm in Texas), but we know they work! Yes, be safe to all those in Laura's path. I'll be on the dry side of the storm, but it's windy here today, no doubt an uptick in atmospheric disturbance.

TUHI, great to see you! I agree, you can't be too careful. I have a large assortment of masks because it took me a while to find some that I really liked. I'm used to it now and I would never go without.
I'm mildly claustrophobic though and I know the full face mask Rudi wears would be difficult for me.

MHZ, I forgot to tell you that I had to go to IG to see who Leslie Jordan was, and then, of course! I know who he is. He really is funny. I only use IG to follow celebrities but there are a couple I look at every day. I follow Kristen Hampton on IG and FB. She makes me laugh and I need that now.
Katydyd I’m saying a prayer for Lake Charles. 158 mph wind in northern eye, CAT 4. I think a lot of Louisiana is In big trouble. I believe the 150 mph winds will hit in about 4 hours away. Used to live there, thankfully all family have moved out of state years again but a few friends still there.

Hi everyone...Still deep in my basement cleaning project. Making good progress, but have a long ways to go. One good thing....I found my copy of Life Magazine: Queen - The Music, the Life, The Rhapsody! Yeah! It was something my husband bought for me a long time ago, but I hadn't read it and it got mixed in with a bunch of other magazine and brought downstairs. I had actually forgotten all about it until I rediscovered it! Speaking of magazines...I have so many National Geographic and Smithsonian magazines. At first I was going to throw them all away, but many of the cover stories sounded so interesting, that I decided to keep them. (Not the way to clean!)
I put out a sticky note to remind myself to watch Queen + AL tomorrow night when they show the "Who Wants To Live Forever" video from a 2018 London concert.

MHZ...You went to a chocolate factory in France. That sounds heavenly! I would definitely would be eating more than one piece for something like that. Chocolate is one the most important food groups! LOL. I don't like dark chocolate...I find it bitter. I don't like fruit in chocolate either, but any kind of chocolate with nuts (especially hazelnuts) or caramel is great. I really like white chocolate too, although I think that technically, it does not qualify as chocolate. By the way...funny how we have such a different reaction to the middle part of "The Prophet's Song".
Jo T....Liked watching "Spread Your Wings" again on the link you provided. Freddie and Roger were lucky...they could wear gloves! I wonder if John was a Chicago Black Hawks fan or did he just pick up a cool jacket while on tour?

Lsgp, I've been watching the news all day and it sounds like this is going to be huge. It sounds like the storm surge could flood the area. One newscaster said half of Lake Charles could be under water. I haven't lived there in more years than I can count, but I have fond memories of good times with friends They will need our prayers.

Katydyd...That's funny. At least if we had to split a box of chocolates we would not be competing for the same ones! Chocolates with cream fillings, cherries, or peanut butter are also yucky. Basically, if I pick up a chocolate from the box, pinch it, and the top or sides easily cave in...I know I won't like it. Those are the ones I put back in the box, or if I am really desperate, I will nibble off the outside layer of chocolate! (Of course, I am talking about my own box of chocolates)
The storm situation is quite serious. Predicted catastrophic storm surge which I assume will lead to large numbers of people who need to seek shelter. That creates even more problems as it's hard to maintain social distancing in that kind of situation. Hopefully there will be some weakening of the hurricane before it hits.

In Oklahoma we have storms so much they really don’t phase me. But We did have a flood not too long ago that did slot of damage.
