Wow, I left town for a day and all of Queenzone went to hell in a hand basket! I’m saddened at everything I have read, it’s just a dismal situation from all sides.
My preference would be to move to Queenonline, they have several personal threads. I am somewhat reluctant to move to Queen chat, simply because I believe their originators (or actually one of the main ones, I probably shouldn’t generalize) is the true start of what took Queenzone down. And I don’t want to reward that behavior, to be honest. Plus, if I happen to make a comment about my Christian beliefs, it (or I) will be reprimanded or removed, and I will not allow my faith to be censored. You all can see that I don’t try to push that on anyone in this thread, and I don’t intend to, but the thought that I am not allowed to even make a comment that may include it is not ok with me. So that’s where I stand, but I won’t begrudge you guys moving on, I understand finding a good forum is difficult these days. Man....just when you thought 2020 couldn’t get any worse!!

MHZ, I'm afraid that trying to assign blame for the downfall of QZ is about as pointless as trying to name the person who infected Freddie with AiDS. It's counterproductive and we all have strong opinions. I'm not sure how long I've been here, maybe 3 or 4 years now but I wasn't even aware of Brenski until fairly recently. On the other hand, in the time I have participated I have seen many trolls whose sole goal seems to be to tear down this community.
I had started looking at Queenonline when I first thought QZ was in its death throes and frankly, I don't like it as well as Queenchat. Is there a PM function? I see PMs mentioned but I am unable to find a way to send one. I find navigating through the threads to be cumbersome. I looked for their forum guidelines, but that area is blank. Do they have moderators?? Are there guidelines?? I don't see an ongoing personal chat such as this. Visually, I think Queenchat is superior and easier to navigate.
Brenski and I had a conflict some time ago, but were able to work it out privately through PM on Queenchat. I believe him to be a fair man and a fair moderator, as are the other 4(??) who aid him in that monumental task.
Perhaps people need to look at both sites, but I'm going to stand with Queenchat. I like their rules. Politics is my passion, but I would never bring it to a Queen site. As for religion, I am a regular church goer with a strong personal faith, but I won't bring that here either. I believe the Queenchat rules serve a vital function in the online community.

Thor has no problem with me and they have books to sell so please stop making false accusations that are false no one has claimed to have any relations with anybody. I am stunned, once again, at how quickly things can turn. I have enjoyed my time here, sharing life and Freddie and Queen with you. There were a few different suggestions as to how we can continue, and I would very much like to be included in that. I was thrilled to read there may be an opportunity to continue on the new Queen Discussion Forum (Queen Chat). It seems they are quite willing to take our little band of refugees over there, so a BIG thank you to the Queen Chat folks! It will make it much easier leaving this place, knowing we will land together somewhere else! My public forum life has been very simple...it consisted of posting here...that was it. However, I did finally sign up for Queen Chat late last night...I am Rainbow61 over there as well. I had been reading posts on Queen Chat over the past few months, but was comfortable in my little "Queen Zone Cocoon", so I had never joined. Well, it was time to leave the cocoon!
A big thumbs up to all of you who took a chance, stepping forward to combat the negativity. The way some of you have been treated is UNCONSCIONABLE. You have my total support and you know who you are.
I don't have any control over this site closing for good, but I WILL NOT let the toxicity of one person ruin my last couple of weeks. As FreddieDarling talked about, I will have peace of mind, and as Annie65 and Petal said, friendships will continue. To those I have not gotten to know very well, I hope that changes in the new chat site.
I am heading outdoors to enjoy this unusually warm day and do some kite flying at the beach! Fresh air, a beautiful lake, and mountains in the background. It doesn't get any more peaceful!

He has a buisness investment to run a retirement investment to build. I’m so happy for him and Lee. I can assure the only wondering about Thor’s returning and whereabouts is from these ladies right here. I'm with Rainbow on this. Can it just stop? We have a couple of weeks left and it would be great if we could close out without all the toxicity. I'm looking forward to moving to a new spot, but I really would like to finish out the time here in a positive way. Most of us have been affected in one way or another by the negativity from one person, but we held it at bay for most of our duration here. Can we just isolate and ignore?
