Is any of this footage actually from Dortmund 1979?

The live footage is from Rudi Sedlmayer Halle in Munich, but does anyone know why westfalenhalle in Dortmund is shown before and after the clips?

And I wonder why they played Flash over 1979 footage. So clearly assembled some time later.

Indeed, it's all over the place!

The show was about how the "Ruhrpott" ( a region in West Germany) was back in 79. They just create the illusion that the footage was from the Dortmund gig ( the reason why they put in the Westfalenhalle)
"Joe Average" won`t care for the sacrilege ;)
Technically they just take stuff from their archive that vaguely fits the speakers nonsense. The (WDR) can do that because they are part of the state television. I could go deeper into that subject ( German state television archives) but that will do it for now.

Bonus: I ve spottet the same crazy headbanger in this Munich footage at around 03.37 - 03.44 minutes.

Thanks for the explanation, up until now the only connection I could make was that both venues are circular!
