talking bout recording or covering I read a couple of days ago on a Radiohead website that Thom York coverd CLTCL!!!!! i was quite surprised to read this and at the same time happy since that RH are my second favorite band after Queen :) ...

I'm with re-recording and here's a list of the songs that i wish to hear again by those artists :

1-Marilyn Manson - Flick of the wrist.

2-The darkness - I can't live with out you.

3-Radiohead - Innuendo.

4-Muse - You take my breat away.

5-Justin Timberlake - doing any song from Hot Space.

6-Blur - The invisable man.

7-Foo fighters - Dead on time.

8-Stereophonics - Save me.

No re-re-re-re-re-recordings please! I am sick and tired of hearing Queensongs ruined by 'artists' who are merely in the musicbusiness cos they look 'hot'.

Where have you been? This has been going on for a long time. Your wishes have been true for over a decade. Just check most of your HR Queen CDs.

Or the countless WWRY versions, WATC with Robbery Williams, the WWRY musical, Flash w/Queen+Vanguard.

Anyway, I'd be interested in seeing REAL groups/artists do some Queen covers. Groups like Tool, Foo Fighters etc - no crap like Linkin Park, Marilyn Manson etc.

Of course I'd rather have a new RT solo-album or a BM+RT album, but that's not gonna happen... Unless someone steals Roger's Queen Hat ofcourse :-)

Actually Bohemian Rhapsody by the Fugees is pretty good. Although I don't exactly know who the Fugees are, heh.
