I'm going to see all three of them tomorrow. I've been waiting so long for this moment. It's even more exciting then a new Queen album (no, greatest hits and all don't count, I mean studio albums) being released!

I'm super excited about this movie! The first two were SO good!
Yup! I have tickets for the 7pm show on thursday evening. I'm a total movie buff, so this is just excitement overload for me. I love LOTR!!
Yet, I tried reading the books and could just not get through them! I'm a big reader too and love adventure stories, but felt that the movie captured the excitement of the story better than the books, which is very unusual. Are there any fans of the books out there?

Youth of today! You wouldn't credit it would you. Prefer the films to the book and yet they haven't bothered to read the whole damn thing. This country.
My boyfriend just told me that he has gotten us tickets for Tuesday at midnight (technically Wednesday). Very exciting!
I read the LOTR books 4 times now, hobbit 2 times, silmarillion 1 time, and now I'm reading Unfinished tales of Numenor and Middle Earth. And I'm planning to go for the whole History of Middle Earth (12 times 500 pages).

heh. I'm not that young!! lol. But I think if I'm in the middle of the second book and still am not really into it, I need to stop reading! I really really wanted to like them (I did love the Hobbit though).
