Krizzy, I saw him too (in Nashville) a few years ago and he was awesome! He put on a much better show than Macca did (saw him too, the year before Ringo). Ringo's son was drumming on some songs and I could see a shadow of the old Ringo for just a few fleeting moments!
Wouldn't it be cool if all of the Beatle sons would come together for one concert...George's son Dhani is a perfect clone of his father, and his guitar playing is more than decent. Sean is a little avant-garde like his mum but could work, though Julian could probably do a better job. Paul's son James has played with his dad's band on tour and is pretty good, and Zak Starr is his dad's shadow.
Queen kids could do the same as well -- they grew up around music and I hope it influenced them! Anyone know if the sons/daughters have a music career yet??

Bah! Roger the badger is old, and feeble. Let him have his rest people, and bask in the warm bed of money while strippers dance around his bed...wait that's Mex's fantasy.

Roger is as charming as ever! I was one of the lucky ones to meet him and Brian at the 2001 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction (March 2001, NYC) and he was a real delight to meet -- GOD those sparkling blue eyes and dimples that won't quit! Brian was just as charming and very tall -- someone to really look up to! Both had awesome smiles and handshakes I won't quite forget!!

Sorry...did I just read that Ringo can't play drums?

I didn't just read that. Tell me I didn't.

Yes you did Lester. Sad, but true. He plays drums very well, but his singing *shudder*.

Ringo is a great actor, loved his acting in "The Magic Christian", a classic British Comedy film.

A funny thing though, I would hate to be Pete Best when The Beatles became famous.

Oh btw, was Ringo in some children's show in the 80's or something?

Sorry Shoujo Revolution, but I don't agree that Roger has to rest in his bed filled with money. I think Roger still has the age to make a new album and maybe a little tour. With a little practice, he will be the old Roger soon.
I got to try al little more, because I'm an asshole but I'm learning. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NfTLkUcQ7QY

I think he did a voice over on a show called Buddie or something?

He did the voiceover for Thomas The Tank Engine, which was a kids programme about a big blue talking steam-train.

Can't say I ever watched it.

For which Tim Staffel created something... (the puppets I think)

Of all people, George Carlin was the narrator for a couple seasons of this show! It was very strange to hear him talking for ten minutes without swearing.
