Geeksandgeeks, I see what you mean, but I'm talking about a Brian May solo. :)

Now, seriously: sometimes I'm listening to some bad or not-so-good Queen songs, and I almost hit the button of the player to go to the next song, and then... bang, there comes Brian. I really fell like he felt that he needed to do something about the worst songs. And boy, he did so.

Cheers,

Ogre-

I was watching a video of some morning shows that she and Brian were appearing on promoting her (then-new) album. I couldn't get over the way there were so many cuts and that some person was always sitting beside Brian (too close for comfort actually!) and the person kept changing -- some editor, eh? (LOL)
When one came to the question "Are you two involved as a result?" Brian was laughing and said, "No -- I'm happily married, my wife understands I work long hours in the studio" -- and Anita was laughing and blushing beet-red. Talk about a dead giveaway!!
(They never played anything from the album -- could that have been a sign??)

Well, I just found one of Anita's songs, and listened to it.

Oh, come on, folks, it's not THAT bad! And I'm not talking about Brian's solos either. It was fun. It made me smile. I can enjoy stupid things every so often. :)

Geeks - What Song? As, I alluded before, the music is usually ok but the lyrics are nauseating.

In one of the interviews I mentioned previously, Anita mentioned she used to be in plays in London, especially musicals. Anyone remember any?
