Hi, i think as well as releasing GVH3 they should release a DVD of Queen's last ever concert at Knebworth. Apart from Wembley that was probably the best concert of The Magic Tour. I had never seen it before so it would be ideal for Queen fans who had never seen the concert before. Let me know what you think

Didn't they say that there was footage missing?
Peace,

I think they said they only had footage of We Are The Champions...
Can somebody confirm this?

A think a bootleg excists but only from poor angles :(
Greg said some parts are missing, but they have the whole audio, i think
Well then, if that's the case, use the original multitrack tape used to record that concert, and make a first live Queen DVD-Audio disc out of it. I'd say that's the next best thing, anyone agree?
Not such a bad idea! would be nice :)
The Knebworth concert on video is shared since almost one year in the Queenhub.
Okay the quality is not so good but it is in full color and......better something then nothing. It is a video-capture from the big screen on the top of the podium.

So, probably an audio release. Maybe...
No. The setlist is virtually identical to Wembley - there's no point duplicating.
And if you want to listen to a concert in 5.1 - switch your TV off. Voila.
Why waste time making a redundant release?

Well, really, from listening to many people's opinions on this concert - It should've been released instead of Wembley. Not purely because it was the last ever show but, because it's a better show performance.
I haven't heard it, so I don't know that. But like I said, it's what I hear from many fans. I have heard a couple of tracks and they sound better than Wembley versions.
I think Wembley was released because of the supposed last show occasion, the xtreme planned video and the enormity of the place. I don't know if they see Knebworth in the same way? Hence the half-assed video for Knebworth. But the audio is a given...

Merci, Fenderek. I made a resolution to make better posts this year and try to be a better person, albeit I'm being a bit of a hypocrite right now, cos I'm making fun of Rosanna
It should be a good idea, indeed. Their performance in Knebworth was much better than in Wembley, probably the best of Magic Tour
Fenderek, P_G is right.
Wembley has already been released, you can't take it back, so releasing another show with almost the same setlist (even if the performance isn't the same) will be useless.
Obviously, if QP had the complete video and if Wembley wouldn't have been released, Knebworth would be a good idea. Since Wembley is already out, there's nothing that can be done.
