Movies that have made you cry

Ghost didn't make me cry...

However those black ghost scared the shit out of me everytime someone bad died.

I 'll admit it, I cried during My Girl, where the little dude is dead and the girl goes to his funeral. *feels ashaimed*

otherwise, no. not really. Big Fish made me laugh tho...

I cried at Dragon Heart b/c hte dragon died, and Hocus pocus b/c the kitty died ( i was like, 7 when i saw them) and i cried at John Q. ( i was 12, now 13)

I nearly cried at milo and Otis at the part where the little pug is crying b/c he cant find his best cat friend milo!!!

Only two spring to mind where I've nearly cried. One was "The Color Purple". Whoopie Goldberg's performance as Celie was typified at the moment where she discovered letters that her husband had kept from her from her sister that she thought she would never hear from again was brilliant. And the second was "The Untold Story" (I know its not strictly a movie) especially the bit where Diana Moseley was talking the night where she was about to go home after spending some time with Freddie playing Scrabble. And then she hit you with the line where Freddie said "Thank you for making an old man very happy". The only person in the whole film apart from band members and family, to show some real emotion.

i cried a lot during the passion mostly during the whipping and all the other painful looking parts and during gattaca at the end when Eugene Morrow goes into the fire to kill himself and when vincent goes into space adn says that thing about going home

Trains, Planes and Automobiles, Steve Martin and John Candy make me cry with laughter.

Steve Martin is lame...

This is an "almost" list. I'm not too emotional. But these all got me bleary-eyed.

Me and my sisters went to see Brother Bear. I cried alot and my nine year old sister laughed at me. Come on, it was sad!

GORILLAS IN THE MIST
For those who love animals, it's indeed a tearjerker. The saddest part is that it's a true story.

Riding in Car with Boys (I started out scoffing, and cried my eyes out in the end.)

Sense and Sensibility (with Emma Watson): cried involuntarily when Elinor burst into crying all of a sudden.

I don't usually cry... nor do I feel that sad watching movies... but these two movies really made me cry insane.

gorillas in the mist is awfully sad. :( makes me cry, indeed.
