Hi,i like the new homepage it's better than the old one. I'm just asking, did FM have a middle name? I know Brian's is Harold. Roger's is Meddows and John's is Richard but I wondering if Freddie had a middle name or was his full name just Freddie(Farookh)Bulsara/Mercury.
P.S I got this info from 'Queen The Definitive Biography' by Laura Jackson.
I'm just a musical prostitute my dear! FREDDIE MERCURY 1984

What do you mean middle names are not common outside england?
Many many people have more than one name. I don't. But many people do. It's not something "english"!

p.s. this biography by Laura Jackson is not authorized

Roger's second name is NOT Meddows. His real last name is Meddows-Taylor.

Middle name is not an English speciality. In Spain people seem to have many names :-) I never manage to fit a Spanish name onto the envelope when I'm sending a package.

But middle names are not common either. In most countries you'd have troubles finding somebody with a middle name, my country included.

Freddie never changed his name to Frederick. He was Farrokh, then he was Freddie. Just Freddie.

Check the real names of Portuguese and Brazilian soccer players...

They must have like 3 middle names.

Such as "Kaka", "Ronaldo", "Rivaldo"? I never understood if these are first names, middle names, last names or if they have only one name (because the TV always shows both names in case of all players except for those from Brazil).
