SJ was right- they noticed how those protitutes had been exposed to the virus repeatedly but had still not become infected. People often forget that AIDS in itself causes the secondary infections that lead to death. People with AIDS die from flu. Yes, we have some medication that makes it easier to keep away the secondary infections, the danger is that now we think we are safe.

Hey, I'm new in here, but I've recently heard that Jim has written a book about Freddie or should I say his life with Freddie. And I know some fans didn't like this book. Does anyone know anything more about it?
By the way, I've never heard anyone talking about Winnie, the Munich barman Freddie loved when he lived there. Is he still alive, does he have AIDS too?

Unlike Freddie who as we all now know faked his death in 1991, Jim Hutton faked his entire life. Jim died at birth but so sure was his mother that he would have grown up to be Freddie's last lover, she contacted Max Cifford who with the use of doubles and special effects managed to convince the world that Jim Hutton was still alive. What makes it even more tragic is that Freddie himself probably had no idea that the man he thought he loved was in fact resting in a Donnegal graveyard. I have proof of this but Freddie(who is alive) has obtained a gagging order preventing Robert Maxwell (who is only half dead) from running the story.

About Jim, he is extremely healthy!

I met him in the beginning of february in Dublin while I was there for business (and drinks) and we had some pints (8 or so) haha.. And he told me last week that his blood level(s) are in a way the same or even better than the (good) blood level of an average Irish person! He was even given the oppurtunity to quit the medicines (which is not a good thing, because the levels of HIV could rise again to a high level in a couple of years). So Jim sticks to his medicines...


He told that there are several levels in HIV, and he has the lowest level at the moment (down to almost zero!) ... and that is just a miracle (lookin at the number of years that Jim had HIV)...

He enjoys life, but he sticked to his medicines the last 16 years or so ...

And Jim, if you are reading this, I hope you are ok with this info I gave. Just to reasure that you are very ok, and thanks for the good time in Ireland!
