lol Martin. I wish this could be true. :-)
You really should go and see the show. If not for the story, do it to hear the songs performed. The best moments are when Brian is there of course.
Everytime I go I tell myself it will be for the last time. But the show keeps changing. Now they've added a fragment of Tie Your Mother Down. The show really blows your mind.

I will go this summer and I'm sure I will enjoy it as a show. But nobody will persuade me that it's ART and nobody will persuade me that it's good that Brian wastes his huge talent by watching the musical every day instead of composing some new music.

btw Martin, from your site I had taken a printed version of the Queen In London pages with me on my trip. (because it's so much better than the one on my own site - yeah yeah). Whilst I was in London I started reading the pages on the second night of my stay there. Then I saw a picture of the Sarm East studios and I recognised the building! It happened to be opposite to our hotel! Very strange to discover that oppposite our hotel there was that studio where Queen recorded The Prophet's Song and Somebody To Love.
Indeed, God rules in mysterious ways!

It's a honour for me if people use the "London travel guide" on my site :-) I will of course use it too :-)

I will keep on going when a DVD is bought out. I expect the video release will be good, but there's nothing like being there.
Next time Rien I'll come and say Hi, but, as I said before, I was scared that you wouldn't recognise me ! Thanks for your review and pictures, both great :-) I can see my hand in one, and I was next to Ralf (I think it was him) when Spike Edney signed something for him (after the Matinee, I had a blue top on.)

Nick, if you refer to the picture of Spike on my site (April 2004) then it's Mark who'se getting an autograph. I did indeed see you, stood next to you a while too... Strange... I recognised you being there before. You're standing next to that lady? Now I know you and if there's gonna be a next time, I will come to you for sure.
btw. just added the one pic I made myself during the Afternoon show on Saturday 17th. That show was heavily under control by Dominion people to avoid viewers taking pictures so I only dared to make one picture that afternoon. In the evening I had the idea of not making pictures at all, afraid of having to hand over my memory card of my camera (this happened to someone in the afternoon!). But in the evening during Brian's performance flashes of cameras were all over the place, so luckily I sat on row G and I did take a series of pictures as you can see on my site. I hope to get the pics of my friends very soon so I can add more of them.

Im with martin on this one, it's no wonder Roger looks bored, he is no fan of musicals. i can see him getting frustrated with brian and going to do something on his own, here hoping.
Roger has got another good tour in him,as has brian, but he just seems so caught up in the musical he won't trust anyone with it. IMHO

Yes Rien, that was me who you saw !
I was told to stop taking pictures in the matinee, but in the evening, everyone from the back of the theatre rushed down the aisles and took lots of pictures. Luckily I was in Row B and quite central, so I didn't have to move.
Where were you sitting on Saturday evening, Rien ?
