Yeah, you can catch glimpses of John doing it a bunch of times in the Friends Will Be Friends video. That's a weird way that imdb described it though ("kicking quietly" lol). I'd describe it as more of a hen-pecking movement...he's kind of moving back and forth with a curved back like a chicken!
And is it just me, or does the lighting setup in the FWBF video look vaguely similar to the rig in the Hammer to Fall video?

Speaking of Hammer to Fall... the lighting on The Works tour just kicks ASS... I'd love to see a concert from then just to watch the lights!

To generalise I think Queen and it's 310103103013 billion dollar lighting rig kicked bottom..majorly. I can't say I've seen a live performance with a bigger rig..except for that concert on the Sun.
Steve Tyler: Walk this wa-aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaghhhhhhhhh!
Roger Taylor (watching at home): Fuckin' show off!
Brian: What a BRILLIANT concept for a musical!
'We Will Burn You' opens up in the London Palladium to rave reviews
**News of the World**: While at some times lacks the general vibe of a musical the burning sentiment does get through and plucks a certain heart string that sets the emotions flowing.

Brighton Rock would never make it. Not well-known enough. Also - now please don't fly off the handle, folks - I know quite a few guitarists and people in general for whom that song is a cure for insomnia.
If I had to pick a Queen riff for that list, it would probably be Stone Cold Crazy. That's a good one.
