Has anyone noticed that in the song "Still Lovin' You" by Scorpions - The singer sounds VERY close to Freddie in his early days(ie. "Seaside Rendezvous")??

Although I respect Klaus Meine as a voice and I love that song, I don't see any resemblence what so ever...

Klaus sings like he has a very bad sinus infection. The Scorpions do have some good songs, though. I group them in my closet of love for '80's hair bands (even though they were balding IN the 80's.) :-)

Actually, Klaus has got quite a unique voice. It's easy to recognize his voice when you hear it.
Scorpions is a very good band, and all of you should check out the dvd "Moment of glory", a concert from 2000 with the Scorpions and a big symphony orchestra!
They're still rockin', and that's good! I mean, they started in 1967 or something didn't they? :)
If Freddie were alive, Queen would still have been rockin' too! Just imagine how their concerts would have been like...

So his name is Klaus Meine,eh? I do think,at least in that song anyway,his voice is VERY close to Freddie(70's Freddie).VERY close.The first time I heard it I thought it was Freddie.
