Sometimes Brian really pisses me off.

i agree adam and i dislike the ones that always start- "ive been a fan for six billion years, my children are fans, we have all your albums, we love you, can we marry you?" i just cringe. they arent asking for anything except that brian acknowledge them, which seems so desperate, even for a hardcore fan. all you get is brian saying 'thanks, im flattered'. i dont think it adds any value to the site for the fans really- and where is the constructive commentary of real fans- the ones who love the music and arent afraid to say something other than complimentary?

And what should he answer ?? Sometimes music REALLY helps to get through this - and a person simply says "thank you" to the creator ... What's so strange ???

I'm a musician too - and sometimes people say "thank you" for my music - for helping to get rid of bad mood or something like that ... I also don't know what else to say but "I'm moved .."

Well I was surprised to see Brian getting cross again about the autographs and such - and can appreciate the frustration of that at times - but there is a good Aussie saying "its when they DONT want to take your photo and get your autograph that you are in real trouble" - as that means you are a washed up 'has-been". So I think it is great Brian is still so popular, as he is able to put this fame and weight behind so many worthy projects.
