It's all Freddie! His voice did change since being ill. I believe it is 100% Fred!

I agree...his voice does sound different on Innuendo, and you can definitely tell the newer tracks on Made In Heaven from the older ones that were reworked

But, in my opinion (and this is just my opinion), his voice sounded better on Innuendo than any other album...I'm always awestruck when I listen to it to know he could still hit those notes as ill as he was when there's performers today, like Elton John, who can't hit the high notes anymore
As far as I know, Elton`s voice changed after some kind of surgey (I may be wrong about the exact fact).
John hated Hot Space. Frederick's favourite singer was not Paul Rodgers. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' 'Bohemian Rhapsody' hasn't got 180 vocal overdubs.
sir GH: hey i dont know about music? im into music production myself , and i find freddie as the most inspiring muscian. He is without a doubt the nr 1 musician ever in my opinion and many others. (Not to forget the nr 1 voice too)

And that crap about he isnt even at top 100, thats a good pile of BULLSHIT if you ask me.

While his range was superb, he couldn't do much of the vibrato technique. I'm sure the reason is because it was incredibly painful for him to do with his illness, as he only did it a small handful of times on the album. Poor Fred.

You may be right. His voice took a huge plunge around 76-77.
