It's not so bad!!! I'd rather live in The Netherlands than in Africa or Iraq.

I didn't say that I'd rather live in Africa or Iraq, nor did I say that The Netherlands is a worse place to live in than Africa or Iraq. It's just that I'm getting rather sick of the news these days. It seems not a day goes by when someone hasn't been murdered or raped these days.

Another odd thing: Our whole nation is in shock because one of our soldiers in Iraq gets killed (which is awful, but Iraq is a dangerous place and when you join the army you know this can happen) but when a 9 year old girl gets killed by a car that was doing 120 km/h on a road where 50 km/h is permitted (the 18 yr old driver was racing with a friend) it's not even worthy to appear on the news.

But, hey, hallelujah, praise Holland.

BTW, do you know what the function of the CapsLock button on your keyboard is for? ;-)
