I like the MIH version better.
Those 80's synths on the original just doesn't sound well.

Although I liked the videoclip, especially when Freddie is chasing that girl.
Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?
MIH version is better for me. I never liked too much Freddie’s ’Mr. Bad Guy’ solo album. It is almost pure disco.
But now it's time to be gone - forever...
MIH version...more rock n roll which is what I like =)
..got my mind on my money and my money on my mind....
Only two times has a Queen song brought tears to my eyes. Once was in 1995 when I heard the Queen version of IWBTLY. The overall feeling of the four of them rocking away one more time kinda overwhelmed me, even though they never played all together on this song.
The second time, incidentally, was upon hearing the WWRY London cast version of No One But You on my way home from Boston. It was just beautiful. If you had told me beforehand that a woman singing that song in a musical would move me to emotions like that, I would have thought you were one wave short of a shipwreck! But it was beautifully performed. A really wonderful version of that song.
Man Made Paradise
was the MIH version done while FM was still alive?
it sounds a bit of a jumble...ie bits of his "90/91 voice" and bits of his MBG vocal...what went down?
same applies to MIH(the queen albumtrack)version i think
go deo na hÉireann The best QZ epoch: BG17-00 (Before Gerry 1996-2013)
Are you sure that Queen never re-did Mr. Bad Guy? The opening part to Freddies' Mr. Bad Guy had a distinct orchestral feel while the 'Queen' version has the distorted guitar to the tune of the orchestra. I have heard two versions, I should say. I don't know if it was Queen's or not.
