Why?some people say that they shouldn't realese "this" concert, or "that" concert because they have already in bootleg...everyone talks about bootlegs...but everyone forget one thing... the GENERAL PUBLIC doesn't have access to them!
Why not hyde park?whu not earls curt?why not hammy?or houston?or another?
For me any of these or another would be GREAT,and for the general public (the majority that,remember,doesn't have access to bootlegs) would be great also! if realesed in full lenght concert of course...

Yes, and as a collector, I agree with you. To say an official release will not be welcomed because you have a bootleg is just ridiculous. No bootleg will have the sound/pic quality of a Queen-approved official release on DVD in 2004 and beyond. So I'm with you there, Popy.

Magic Years should be considered as well since there are probably a lot of people that haven't seen it. I hope the release gets great treatment and of course some bonus footage that DoRo held back/edited out of the original release. Add 5.1 surround and it'll make everyone happy.

I'm hoping to see gvhIII and hamersmith 75 and 79. I would also like to earls court on dvd.
What they SHOULD do is to go the whole hog and spend the time creating THE definitive Queen release on DVD. To my mind, that would be a lavish box set featuring the following:
Rainbow '74 complete (minus studio overdubs & additional footage from USA '74)
Hammersmith '75 (plus Japan '75 extras)
Hyde Park '76 (plus Japan '76 extras)
Earls Court '77 (plus Houston extras)
Munich '79 (plus a whole host of extras from the tour)
All would be 2-disc sets with an additional disc of interview material concentrating on their 70's shows. Add to that a lavish booklet featuring a quality, critical essay on the band's live output and a wealth of unseen pictures & concert memorabilia.
The price would be very high but well worth the money for the content. And I'm sure that people would send the money of the product was RIGHT!
Then release a box featuring 80's shows with space for MK & Wembley to be put in the box too.
The fact is that this all takes too much imagination for it to become fully realised as with so many things post-Freddie.
