First LP I bought with my brother was The Game at the end of 1980 or maybe first half of 1981. But I had known Queen before, as I’ve had got copy of ANATO on casette.
But now it's time to be gone - forever...
My first one was "Sheer Heart Attack" in 1992, no special reason, I had just got to know them and went to a shop and picked up the first one I saw.
Oh yes we'll keep on tryin'
The first Queen album I bought was actually an 8 track tape, and it was Queen II, in 1974. I still remember the parts where it faded out to change tracks, in the middle of White Queen, and the middle of MOTBQ. Great stuff!!!
every second word he swore, yes, he was the son of a whore, always wanted by the law!
My first album was Innuendo. I thought it was the best album I had ever heard when I heard it for the first time. No bad songs, just really good songs. If you haven't herad it you'll missed something
John 3:16.....
Queen
Queen II
Sheer heart Attack
All bought on the same day in December 1974.
There must be more to life than this.
I thought I would be the only one, but apparently Kai Kurgan got this one first as well: "The Works." I recall seeing some sort of Queen retrospective on TV where they showed some clips of the Ga Ga video, and I remember thinking it was a real trip. I was also listening to a borrowed copy of GHII at the time, and I was way into Break Free, Hard Life, and Hammer to Fall--I just wanted to get the album that had all my favorites.

God, I love that album.
Got a fire down below/I'm just a regular dynamo
greatest hits 1 cassette, the black one. 1991. 5 years old. my uncle's. basically i wore it out listening to bicycle race, rewinding and fast forwarding the piece of shit, thinking that it was a bon jovi song that queen covered but thinking how could it be possible that queen covered it when they were an older group and bon jovi is just a hair band and hair bands do not usually do this sort of work and queen is the most plausible source... ahh! you do get it don't you?
My sisters had Queen albums and one of my brothers borrowed Live Killers. that's when i first liked Queen.

The first one I bought was Flash Gordon. i was 9 years old and after the movie thought "I MUST have that song". my older sister had Bo rhap single and News of the world (She loves My Melancholy Blues).

She took me to the movie theatre to watch Flash and when I told her that this song was like a himn and I love the chorus singing ...Flash!... a-ah... she told me "these are the same guys that sing bo rhap and WWRY.

Flash was my very first album that i bought. then was greatest hits, after that, the glorius A day at the races, and then i bought them one by one untill I got them all. i was very very young and this took me laike 2 years i guess, until hot space was released.

aaah.... those days....

: )
Interview?... oh, don't be ridiculous!
a night at the opera was my first. when i heard that album ,i bought queen 1,2,sheer heart attack. since then i have every album,cd,dvds.
I had GH I and II on cassette taped from my mum's albums and I bought Queen II, Sheer Heart Attack and ANATO at once I think...

The game.. in 1993. I was 10 years old. I was in a shop and listened with a headphone to Save Me and read the lyrics in the booklet and just loved it! Also liked Sail Away Sweet Sister, Rock It, Need Your Loving Tonight and Crazy Little Thing Called Love.

After that I got myself a copy of Sheer Heart Attack, Made In Heaven (in 1995 when it was released) and after that all the other queen albums..Every 2 months one cd i guess..

Have you been to a Queen concert? Please tell me about it.. i think it's nice to hear concert stories from people who visited Queen in concert. I was 8 years old when Freddie died so i've never seen them live...
My first album was the last one:

Made In Heaven in 1995 (I was 15 years old) then SHA and ANATO on vinyl (same year? I can't remember that)
And as the seasons turn the days to years She holds her pictures, hears the silent cheers The days grow lonely for the dancing Queen And now she dances only in her dreams...
If you count greatest hits, I got the Platinum Collection first, but I later lost GHII. And that was a good collection, especially since it had It's A Hard Life and Friends Will Be Friends, two good songs.
Not counting greatest hits, my first was ANATO, because of Bohemian Rhapsody, but I soon enjoyed the entire album, espcially I'm In Love With My Car, DOTL and LOASA.

Then, I got Greatest Hits and Classic Queen, then A Night At The Opera, then Wembley, then Miracle and Innuendo, then The Game, then News of the World and Jazz, and I just got Hot Space a couple of weeks ago.
Next one(s) I need:
Made In Heaven, Queen, The Works, Sheer Heart Attack, Queen II, A Day At The Races, A Kind Of Magic (probably in that order).
We can only grow the way the wind blows On a bare and weathered shore We can only bow to the here and now In our elemental war - Rush, "The Way The Wind Blows"
A Kind of Magic

So I kind of rediscovered Queen through "Highlander".
