I believe the 1984 one was called "The Flying Nun" and I liked it.
The 1990 one was called "The Fly Swatters" and I liked that one as well.
I was not so keen on the 1982 one as it seemed a bit minimalist.
1986 was pretty good, too, but I don't know what its name was. :-(
The 1980/81 rig was indeed called the fly squatters and also the G2 razors.
You're right about the 82 rig, it appeared to be less impressive than the G2 and Pizza Oven rigs although it was a lot more expensive. However In use it was quiet versatile with the combination of three Par can banks and four completely mobile spot housings which contained shortened lenses spots and Molefays with colour changing.
I liked all the rigs from 78/79 up to and including the flying nun. They were designed to give the show a certain look using banks of colour. It changed a little on The Magic tour and lost the look on the PR tours. Since 2012 they seem to have returned to that idea again. May favourite stage was The Works although I think the last US tour introduced a great stage too.
Wasn't the Lightning Rig of the Hammersmith shows with Lambert based on the "Pizza" design from the Live Killers era? Both look very similar to me, and they look quite good.

IIRC, Rob Sinclair has worked with the QAL production on every tour since, and in my opinion has done great work every time. I believe Brian mentioned something about wanting to recreate the "Pizza Oven" for this summer's production, so I believe they may have something in store similar to the 2012 lighting this time around.

You're right. I realized the error after I posted it. Given that Brian and Roger seem to want to recreate the Pizza Oven on this go-around, I wonder if they're going to ditch the "Q" setup entirely. Having the large screen in the background is nice, but it doesn't seem compatible with the PO (at least the way they did it back in 2012).
I'm trying to work out what gigs those videos belong to, the Hot Space footage could be from the following gigs... As Brian has the black and white jacket at the end, which looks to be the beginning of a show.

The cameras could have been still rolling at the beginning of the show as on the pictures on Bob's site, Brian has the same jacket on (even though the pictures are B&W.
Frankfurt 28/4/82 - "The first picture is a screenshot from a TV special on the band called "Musik Scene", as the first few songs of this show were shot on film by a single camera. Flash, The Hero, and the last half of Tie Your Mother Down were aired." - Queenlive.ca
Not 100% sure about this one but it could still be a possibility.
Vienna 12/5/82 - "Another One Bites The Dust, We Will Rock You, We Are The Champions, and God Save The Queen were filmed for TV. Part of We Are The Champions (as well as some Frankfurt footage) was shown on the 1982 Queen documentary called "Musik Scene," - Queenlive.ca
Again doubt it's this show but you never know.
Milton Keynes 5/6/82 This is most likely the show it was captured at but I just realised that it looks dark but then again, it could be from any part of the show.
And if it's not from any of the above, it could be another show that's been recorded and never surfaced? What do you all think? :P
