we ALL know that Queen are a 'dead' band since Freddie Mercury's death and there won't be a real Queen band anyomre and it's not right to call Queen a band maked from only 2 members of the original band, but why do you keep to write it over and over again?We know (maybe much better than who keeps on writing it) that the real Queen don't exist anymore as a band;but we were waiting a new tour and new music from 19 years and now that it finally happens there are a lot of people that aren't happy with it.So, what do you want from the remaining members of Queen?Do you want to listeng for the same music and celebrating it for the eons?

Great topic!! I've been wondering myself. Why aren't people happy that they will go on a tour.
People are never happy.
If Queen wouldn't go on tour, people would nag about that.
And they are nagging about they are going on tour!!
Just stop please! and we should talk about Queen as a band for a change, not talk about Queen has died. Many bands have lost a member or two and peopleg wont get upset with that. I know no-one is Freddie and no-one could sing like him but he's just a member of a band. There are still two members left to play (and one retired) and they can be Queen.
IF Freddie hadn't died and Roger or Brian had died. Would you think Queen had died ?
It's not like Freddie was the 80% of the band and the others 20%. They all did it together and that's why this band is so fantastic. Without Brian's guitar and skills and Rogers voice and his fantastic skills on drums and John's bass Queen wouldn't be the same. Freddie was fantastic but he wouldn't have been so famous without them.
Now try to say that Queen is NOTHING without Freddie.

I would like John to play bass perhaps with them then it would be more like Queen but he won't. I can accept the fact he's retired but thats what would make it more like a Queen concert to me. Anyway i'm sure it'll still be good even with out Freddie or John. But no matter what anyone sais, No one can replace Freddie.

we all need to get a grip, freddie was not 100% queen but to say they were all equal is silly, fred was 40 or 50 percent of queen, but brian was also tremendous, roger and john were good, hopefully i'll get to see them in the fall, cos it will still be a good show.
