Totally forgot about Friends Will Be Friends. I've forced it out of my memory. It's so anthemic and just... a song with a message like that isn't supposed to be an anthem. I love the shimmering pop of You're My Best Friend; you can feel the emotion in that, you knew it had something in it, when I first heard it I thought, "Hmm, who was this written for?" It's a gorgeous song. Friends Will Be Friends is like the antithesis of You're My Best Friend.

I can tell you, and honestly consider this. "Cheesy" is more than just lackluster or of bad taste, etc. It's just overemotionalism/self importance mixed in with mediocrity.
I can say, the cheesiest Queen song really has to be One Year of Love. It sounds straight out of a "smooth jazz" radio station. But Queen was generally good at avoiding cheesy.
Now, Bon Jovi is a cheese band. They should come with their own ready-to-serve macaroni.

That's Brilliant!! LOL
LOL... mmm... cheeeeeeeeese
I don't think that Queen have any cheesy songs. They've all worked very hard on writing music. They are the best. All the ghetto music today is crap and so is all the punk shit.
I don't think there's anything cheesier than the videos for the 'Mr. Bad Guy' singles.
i agree with 'leroy' if you want hardore go listen to getto, to me that's cheese, acting like your from the getto. 'one year of love' is simply a beautiful tune with a great sax solo. 'the miracle' isn't a all-out classic but is a good song song with great guitar work. cheesy? how about 'more of that jazz' i'll take delila anyday of the week over that song.
Some medley I've heard by Paul Rodgers.
It's Delilah. But it's still better than Tom Jones' Delilah...
I'm in love with my car... it is soo cheesy, especially the engine roaring the background. LOL
No contest. Pain is So Close to Pleasure.
What if, by some strange clerical error, this list of songs is sent to Bri, Rog & Paul instead of the list of songs we want played live? Then this tour could become a disaster! Imagine opening up with Pain is So Close to Pleasure?
