I had my first cigarrette when I was 13, and I only tried because all my friends were smoking too. That was the first time and LAST time I smoked. I didn't like it at all, and I certainly didn't give a flying fuck who thought I was un-cool because I didn't smoke.

I know kids at that age have a tendency to be immature, and for some of them it takes them a while to realize that there's nothing cool about damaging your lungs and risk suffering of lung cancer later in life.

I don't want to sound preachy, but you should listen to those older than you rather than the "cool kids" of your age.

Don't forget... THERE'S NOTHING COOLER THAN SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T CARE WHETHER PEOPLE THINK THEY'RE COOL OR NOT.

I know some kids who told me initially that they would try pot only once to satisfy their curiosity.
Then ended up smoking pot regularly, and later on trying LSD, mushrooms, ecstasy, and pretty much every single kind of drug you can think of.

I wonder now if they might still be alive.
