Not that I'm really one to mention it but is it right to call someone a skank only because they smoke?

Yeah, good point though. I just think Skank is a harsh word to use because a '13 year old girl' wants to smoke cigarettes. It's a free world, all you have to do is play the game. Light another cigarette and let .. something or other happen. There's always other words to use like misanthrope, Josh, harlot..you know. Those ones.

It's not just because she "smokes", it's her attitude in general that conveys what we call her, aka "skank"

I guess my interpretation of the word skank is different to yours.
