I really hope they come here! I've been so jealous seeing all these pictures and hearing how good the tour is from everyone who's had a chance to see them! :)
Resistance is futile. You are now an orb.

In the latest issue of Guitar World, the article on Q+PR makes mention of "Queen's first tour of the US in over 20 years"......or somehting like that.....(I dont have it right in front of me).........I sure hope so, anyway....from what I've heard so far the band sounds GOOD.
I'll take you to the Seven Seas of Rhye

Man I sure hope they come here as well.

And despite what the naysayers think I'm certain that a US tour would be a huge success.

I believe that we just like Europe are essentially craving a great rock band. Q+PR is a band with deep roots. A Supergroup. And they've been very impressive considering how quick this has all come together.

I've heard the downloads. This band kicks ass!
Word of mouth spreads quicker in this world than ever before.

America would welcome these guys with open arms.
I'm willing to put money behind that statement!

I dont think there is any question over whether or not they will DO a North American tour. I think its just a question of When, and what the circumstances will be. I truly hope that they put some more variety into thier set list however. Greatest hits are good, but it would be nice to see some more obscure Queen. Roger and Brian should sing more of thier own songs in my opinion, then not having Freddie wouldnt be so bad.

I think Roger says crap. He says Robbie is very English. Roger himself is English. Really nobody can replace Freddie, but i really would have wished, that Robbie Williams goes on tour with them, because Paul Rodgers can´t sing and doesn´t have a Rock Voice & i like ROBBIE more than PAUL The Queen songs were arranged after Freddie´s voice, so nobody can sing them. I downloaded the Mp3 Files from Madrid 05 & they give a very good reason not to visit those concerts. Also the lightshow is really not what a Queen show should be. If you look back to the 86 tour, this tour doesn´t have a very colourful one, it is very bright.

Also the idea of showing Freddie on screen for Bohemian Rhapsody is absolutely not right. It brings up so many sad emotions. I hate them for that.

What they are doing is absolutely not QUEEN. I make music myself & this is far from perfect.

And to hear Brian & Roger say, that Paul has a very powerful voice is a big lie.

I really want to know, who likes Paul Rodgers being a REAL QUEEN FAN.

Soooooo do you want somebody else to sing with them or not. You say you want Robbie, but then you say nobody can sing them.

Paul Rodgers has a fantastic voice. Robbie Williams is a good entertainer but does not have a great voice, especially a rock voice.

This has to be the stupidest post I've ever had
the displeasure of reading on Queenzone.

This guy has to be a troll hiding under another name.

Even the MOST obsessive Freddie fans don't write stuff as mean-spirited and ignorant as this.

Guess what dude, Paul Rodgers was one of Freddie's favorite singers. So I guess you'll have to hate Freddie as well.

"the crack"..lol.. Your grandma sounds cool.;-)

I think personally that Paul Rodgers has a great voice, one of the quintessential "classic rock" voices. Just don't go to the concert if you don't like it. The samples I've heard so far sound good.

What I just heard from samples, Paul fits Queen like a glove. Robbie Williams(the British singer not the road manager of Pink Floyd) is a joke here in the US. Robbie's had only one US chart hit which was Millenium(and it was not even that big) in 1999 and his single Angels was made a hit by Jessica Simpson here in the US in 2004. Robbie Williams is in most of the world save the US what Justin Timberlake and The Backstreet Boys are in the US.
