Hmm I downloaded 1.5 gigs of this and then the file seem to corrupt or something :(

I'm starting again so any seeders much appreciated :)

Or anyone got it on a nice compact AVI format?

I'm sure an AVI version will surface within the next week or so.
Someone ripping the audio to mp3 would be nice as well!

04/20 - 5:52PM (EST):

Latest Update, 94.8% of the file has downloaded. That's 4110.57 MiB so far. Currently there are 68 peers with an average of 70.8% completed (total speed 1458 kb/s). There is 1 seed connected, currently there are 0.954 copies being distributed.

My download rate is at approx. between 1-5 kbps and my upload rate (which updates automatically) is at 45 kbs with the current max. uplodads at 8.

That is the latest, I will keep you updated.
I will find you, anywhere you go Right until the ends of the earth I'll get no sleep till I find you To tell you when I've found you - I love you

There are at the moment 2 seeders, 209 leechers and i'm at 95.1%.

In a few hours there must be 100+ seeders (I hope)

As soon as I finish the full download I can make a straight AVI file out of it and turn it into MB instead of GB and I'm prepared to host it too. Currently I'm only 20% done as I had to restart it after it screwed over.

I completely agree with Mr.Guru.

The way I see it - when completed - I will have a new DVD FREE. The least I can do is share this wealth in return. It is called common decency or honour.

Behind me in the queue are about 100 guys ranging from 1.1 - 90%. To cut off these seeds in favour of snail-mail delivery, is not acceptable in all cases. For example: for some guy in Brazil to receive such a disc - to burn, post and deliver can take up to 10 days - so where is the advantage - except a justification for cutting off one's seeding? It ceratinly does not favour the guys still in the queue.

I too will switch off my PC in the morning so that it can be "refreshed", but it is no problem to re-switch the torrent on again - so that means it will be off-line for all of what - 10 minutes?

Frankly, I think the file is too large for me to keep on my hard drive for a permanent period, but certainly, I could see no problems in keeping it there for a week or two, which should provide comfort to those who are still downloading as I write.

I wouldn't be surprised if you've got it by the morning. We should have 100+ seeds in the early hours and they'll all be asleep so will be able to seed you whether they want to or not!
B
I was thinking the same here. Whole europe is asleep when the files will be finished.... can you imagine....downloading with high speed from 100+ seeders ? LOL

DVD was recoded from bad master videotape. There ara even washed borders. Quality isn´t. it has only 25% of DVD quality. I uderstand that´s it´s free, but I prefer to pay for a good quality.

Download is going really really slow but it's still going...
Here's my two cents for a DVD-cover.
btw Pepper, thanks for inspiring me to make this... and alas your cover has a wrong date on it.
If one should use my cover... insert it into a Word-document or something and adjust the size of it.

Rien, thanks for the cover artwork. It's excellent.

Don't be put off by this comment. It looks like a pretty standard videotape to DVD transfer. The borders are visable on playback on a PC, but won't be visable on most TV sets as most of them overscan (i.e. they cut off the edges). I have only watched part of the first VOB file as that is all that has completed so far.
Definitely worth the download and thank you very much Elassar for posting this.
I
Is it just my PC (or Media Player Classic) that's doing this, or does anyone else have syncronization issues with the VOB file(s) - meaning that the sound and video don't match up?

ED: Nevermind. I played it in PowerDVD, and it worked fine. Ignore this post.
