i cant beleive what this has turned into, nearly everyone has turned against each other, all argueing and everything, and i thought i was bad for beggin, everyone on this thread is "upload the bastard", "dont be a selfish twat" etc etc, some not exact words but along those lines, this is not fans askign for something to be shared, its threating basically for a what i belive is a rare item, in the end its up to the owner if the material, his decision is important and can affect the future held on this site, but then i will be thinkin twice before mentioning the slightest thing about rare items in my possession, or even asking about some rare items off others, cos i know what will happen, these people are DEMANDING this item is shared, and when these people get hold of another rare item its odds on they wont share it unless there was a difficult trade involved and will bitvh on of someone else DEMANDS it to be uploaded.
so im not going to ask for it, im not going to ask anyone here for anything, if its there as a link/torrent etc, i will take it and show my thanks and will share any rare items i have, but this is gone out of control.

I do not agree with Rick's opinion, I really do not agree. But I know in wich position he is, and that changes it.
But you guys be sensible with Rick, he's now on a piont where the Houston CD could give him a lot extreemly rare video material.
This guy, has one thing on his mind , the houston video, every day he plays the "Magic years" docu and "Rare Live" just to get those small glimpses from the video. This CD could now be the key to the video. He is so excited, he can't wait for the answers wich could bring him Houston. If he didn't have the rarety of that CD, everything would just be burned. You guys may think he has no live, but he would really be depressed if his CD of Houston wouldn't be an option to get the DVD (he has been disappionted several times in attemps to get it). So he has to search further and further, and I can tell you this guy spends all his time to collect rare enough stuff to offer the people who have Houston.
I respect it and don't share, btw I think like taylorgaga that this is a fight and this topic wasn't meant to be like that, if some people don't want me to upload it, fine I won't do it then.

I think the only one who can decide if you must or not upload this concert is YOU - and Richard of course in the case you'd upload something officially released ;)

Did the thought ever cross your mind that some people will NEVER have the possibility to trade their way into certain shows? And do you think that is fair?
That's something I've been wondering myself for years now... The very nature of trading for rare shows with something equally rare guarantees that very few people will get the shows.
For a while I actually thought those days would have been over with the weekly flacs here at QZ and all the recent MP3s in rapidshare, but it seems I was hoping for too much as even this topic has turned into another elitistic display.
After I read it all, I think better would be not to start with this at all. And If KYA has started it, he ought to have done it.
In fact, I like to hear it too in all its glory (is it really so good?), but to be honest, I lived without it for my whole life, so I ain't gonna hang myself, if I don't have it.
About traders etc. I always thought the most collected items for traders and collectors are the real things (like first prints of record, rare prints with different sleeves, coloured vinyls, signed items etc. etc.) and not bootlegs music. For what is worth to have home CDR with rare gig? It's only music on CDR. And, probably sooner or later it'll spread out. Why to be so upset with it?
I almost think, that this concert would be great candidate for Queen official bootleg site (really funny), wouldn't it? This would end all these quarrels.
