Band Wars 1 ....The Who vs. Pink Floyd

Here is a new topic I thought of.
We take 2 bands, and you tell us who you feel is the superior of the two...and why.

Band Wars 1:

Pink Floyd

VERSUS

The Who

I prefer The Who, just because they rocked harder.

Pink Floyd. I definitely haven't heard enough from The Who, but Pink Floyd are fantastic. I think Dark Side Of The Moon, The Wall, Animals and Wish You Were Here are a few of the best albums from any artist. They're just a revolutionary band and each member was so talented. David Gilmour's an amazing guitarist and Roger Waters is one of my favorite lyricists.

The same reason for The Who. PLUS A FREE KEITH MOON who I have on good authority survived the Titanic, all the major earthquakes and several air crashes.

Seriously though..I'm not a huge fan of Pink Floyd. All the songs I've listend to (all of TSDoTM, disc 2 of The Wall and Pulse) have made me feel impatient. The Who on the other hand are either straight into it or are just mellow through out the whole song..unless you're KEITH MOON and you sing Barbara-Ann.

The Who by an absolute mile. One of THE best bands ever - and 'Magic Bus'is one of the greatest songs ever.

The Who. They just are better. Like Manchester United and Manchester City. United are just better.

Floyd. The Who are overrated in my opinion.

Pink Floyd and Queen are my two favorite bands so I would say Pink Floyd ... I don't know much about the who
