Breakthru (Fickle Mix)

Here's my effort at Breakthru:-

It's a sort of hybrid of the 12" mix and the album version, with a bit of EQ tweaking, done with Sony Soundforge. Hope you like it!

My favourite is the Miracle album, so now i´m waiting for the extended version of "The Miracle" and an remix of "Invisible Man" from you ;-)

I enjoyed this remix more than the 12" version. You used a lot less of the sequences with the annoying effects and concentrated more on the song itself. Very good job.

Hi Jackie,

When you say "nearly" single release quality, what do you think might have put the icing on the cake? The hardest, most fiddly part was trying to get the EQ the same all the way through, as the 12" sounds so different to the album version. It's good to know what people think - thanks! :)

I meant nearly, because it isn´t an official release ! But it´s got the quality of an original!

You did the crossing points very good! A remix is shit if you hear the the changes between the versions you used. But you managed to get the sound quality on one level!

For example: At the end of the "Invincible Hope" remix of Inu-Liger you can hear the changing sound quality when he put in the ending part of the remix version. That´s very disturbing and it makes that mix NOT perfect! (Hey, Inu-Liger, do it again, please)

For doing your version most perfect ask Brian to play an extended guitar solo for the song,haha

Lol! I'm not really sure what can be done with The Miracle. It's not one of my favourite songs, so I don't tend to listen to it all that much, and I don't have those other two versions you mentioned anyway.

I'm working on a version of Hammer To Fall, which will be the Headbangers Mix, with better joins than the original, I hope!

And Inu-Liger: Sorry! You know I like your remix of Invincible Hope!!!!!!!!!. I only wanted to give compliments to Lord Fickle. His Breakthru is 99%. Your Invincible Hope is 90%, perhaps you didn´t realize that little soundlevel-problem at the end........ ok????

If someone provides those mixes of The Miracle, I'll take a look at it. I won't promise anything, though. But I like the song, so you never know.

Actually, I did realize the sound change near the end; that was kinda intentional
