Anyone sick of Scum Bags and Thugs

Hello,
If anyone here lives in the UK, are you sick of thugs and scum bags or "scallies" teenagers i'm ponting at, that clown we call PM Tony Blair can't be assed to put an end to this yob culture, and send Teen Yobos to Young Offenders Institutes were they belong, these people are the scum of the earth, and i would hate to think how bad it is going to be in 20 years time, they are making the world eviler,and making innocent peoples lives a misery, UK people i want to hear your thoughts.

Now look guys, i know most of you are going to call me an attention seeker, or say "life's a bitch" but really you should see things from the victims point of view, i have no one else to talk to about this problem, so please don't call me an attention seeker.

I remember once watching this documentary called 'Scared Stright' where they'd send juvenile criminals to spend a day at a maximum security prison where they'd be yelled, and spit on by murderers, rapists, and all kinds of criminals who are now receiving life sentences in prison.

tell you all one thing for sure - i got about 14/15 more years at work, and 26 years work of pension built up, a nice lump sum heading my way some time before my 60th and guess what - this country is toilet - i'm retiring to portugal

I agree entirely. Look at the case of the 5 year old boy in Yorkshire who was hanged the other day....

1. sterilise ALL kids once they reach puberty until THEY can prove THEY can support a child in a loving family

and the Irish Independant is the finest example of how the thugs,villains and shite have taken over...wasn't their journalist, Veronica Guerin killed by those she exposed? the world has gone fucking mad

The problem in the UK is partly down the closing time of pubs/clubs.

If the pubs are to open 24 hours a day, then why do they need a "happy hour" ?

If the pubs/clubs closed at the exact same time, the police would be better equipped to deal with the people pouring into the town/city centres and control potential problems more easily.

When you've got the pubs shutting at 11pm and the clubs shutting at 1am the police are stretched and that's when the trouble occurs, in my opinion.
