Do you think just because people are selling bootlegs on eBay, they are downloading them from Queenzone??
There are a lot more sources aswell as QZ u know...
For example, how the fuck do you know they haven't gone to the trouble to record the concert themselves??
With modern technology these days, it isn't that hard!
Brettles, learn to put your brain in operation and read the text properly before you put your head above the parapet, you only make yourself look fucking stupid. You missed the point entirely.

There are some examples of people doing just this.
Cardiff was on ebay for a couple of days and there was only one source for that.

Hello!
I think that the problem is not share or not share, the problem is eBay! Some month ago I try to sell on eBay a collection of film that I buy with a newspaper. All the film comes in original artwork and are copyrighted by the author. I register my self to eBay and create the page... after 1 hour eBay send me an email where say:
"Sorry, but your film are not legal and are cancelled by our system!"
Now people sell bootlegs, no "bootleg" but home made creation, in many of that there's the slogan Japanese Version or Original Japan Bootlegs...
I think the eBay rules are wrong!
Sorry for my english!
PS Many people buy concerts from this site www.queencollector.com, many of this are official release, why this site is open since 7 or 8 years?

One way to stop them is the sign up for an ebay account, bid on their items and 'buy' them, but then not pay and leave bad feedback for them

Are you stupid richard moshpit, or do you just sound it?
...Does it not occur to you that the seller can also leave you negative feedback?? And also, by agreeing to 'buy' the item, you are entering into a legal contract with the buyer??
No... obviously you didn't...

Fuck off rick...
Are you saying that what I'm saying isn't correct? Because I think you'll find it is if you look in the eBay terms and conditions...

How can one have a legal contract when selling a bootleg CD-R?

eBay rules still apply to the seller Rip Van Winkle... regardless of what they're selling...

No I am not stupid, far from it.. it's been done before against that leech otbennett by somebody from here
you sign up with a new username that you will never use again just to do it. negative feedback won't matter to you then will it?
and legal shmegal... who's gonna sue your ass for not paying for a leeched cd or dvd

Oxymoron = legal contract + bootleg CD-R

To enter into a legal contract, you have to have clean hands. Ebay rules can't change that.
