Pink Floyd created 'Dark Side Of The Moon', 'Wish You Were Here', and 'The Wall' without Syd.

Sure, perhaps Syd Barrett was the one who gave Pink Floyd that psychadelic trademark sound of their own, but don't forget that Syd Barrett was also too fucked up by drugs to keep going on. My respects to Syd, but Pink Floyd was still great without him.

I'm kinda starting to agree about the Syd Barrett thing, which also made me consider other ones...

- There's NO Beatles without Pete Best. Whatever they did with Ringo was shit.
- There's NO Metallica without Dave Mustaine. Anything that came after, was pure garbage.
- There's NO Queen without Tim Staffel. Fuckin' Freddie Mercury had to come along, make Smile break up, and fuck everything up.

Don't forget about The Who without Dougie Sandom. Keith Moon had nothing on Doug. The Who would've been infinitessimally more popular with Doug than ol' Moonie.
