You guys actually got priority tickets through the fan club? I received a UK-only phone number to call via the mail the final Friday of the priority sale, and the QFC offices were closed for the weekend by the time the mail arrived, so there was no opportunity to get the correct number to call from outside UK. An oversight, I'm sure, but a bit of a disappointment.

Have you gotten help from them for things in the US before?

I doubt the fan club could help you do much

It's going to be more than NY and LA. I was just talking to a friend in Peoria, IL who is a Program Director for a classic rock station there. He said the Peoria Civic Center contacted him to see if the station would like to be involved with a Queen+PR show in the Fall, and he said hell yes. So it seems like they'll be doing somewhat smaller markets in the US as well, which is great news.

BTW I'm new here. But I've been "lurking" for quite some time. Nice to join in.

I hope there's not any special help for fan club members. I was a member for 10 years, but when there started to be a problem getting every single mag, I never rejoined. If I knew there was something they could do for us, though, I'd shuck out the $29 right now.

Holy crow! Peoria??? I'm from Bloomington, IL only a half hour away! I would never have imagined them coming to P-town!!!

Confirm they have to any of those venues first... Boy, I hate Star Wars anyway... ;-)

I can't see how this would be financially beneficial. Perhaps someone else can...?
Why would they cart the whole stage set-up accross the world (or even build a brand new one) just for,
at the most, a handfull of shows in 2 locations?

Oh-Fan Club Members should get first chances on tix- one of the reasons to remain in the OIQFC fan club all these years or any fan club for that matter, there is an expectation that you receive some priority for band related events.

Sadly, this is rarely the case when it come to Queen Fan Club memebers here in the US...

European fans...yes, they get many benefits and chances to do such things. Anyone located on another continent mind as well forget it!!
