The last request was a little too...umm what do you call it...common, so if anyone can point me toward some News of the World Tour Vids that would be nice.

Buy Greatest Video Hits 1 and you'll get We Will Rock You (fast), buy Rare Live and you'll get My Melancholy Blues and a part of Sheer Heart Attack.
Thank you. I already have GVH1 and I am planning to get Rare Live.

It will let you down.
Rare Live is real shit.
BTW, if your searching for News Of The World performances, there is a nice 8 minutes video from Munich '78. They played Keep Yourself Alive and We Are The Champions
Cool!! Thanx.
At least you'll find on Rare Live My Melancholy Blues from Houston...
Cool!! Thanx.
There's no more available than Houston and those 8 minutes from Munich :(. I would love to have seen Berlin or Montreux filmed.
Houston '77 is ADATR tour, not NOTW.
I think you're wrong... My Melancholy Blues, WWRY, WATC...
Houston 77 (Dec.11th) is the north american leg of the "News of the World-Tour" 1977/78 for sure! ;-)
By the way, Rare Live is a shit. That Medley in Keep Yourself alive,in osaka 85 and london 1975 really sucks.
The best part of the video is My Melancholy blues, cause is complete and...really rare.

How can it be "rare" if it's available commercially? :-P
Rare Live isn't very enjoyable, but it can give you some info about the quality of some bootleg videos, including rarities, like Houston. So it's worth more as a "guide" for collectors than as a tape to watch with your friends on the weekend while having a drink and eating sadwiches.
Bollocks featuring bullshit
It is all "remasterd" by DoRo. If you get a normal copy of Sao Paulo the quality is less (I got a version wich is better than rare live. The circulating copy's of Houston and Knebworth are also less just like Earls Court. It's no guide, it's no entertainment, it's not facanating. The only thing you learn is "How can I screw 60 minutes of tape".

If you mean the ones that are floating around on the internet, yes you are right.
But not ALL circulating copy's of Houston and Earls Court are 'less'! Especially the latter one has some PRISTINE versions!
Just depends on your sources and/or how long you have been 'in the trading game'.
Nevertheless: Rare Live is a load of bollocks indeed. It does not tell you anything about the quality of bootleg video's that are circulating either.

And Queen has the mastertapes. The most collectors have copies only.
That's why everybody's so excited about the Hyde Park broadcast this friday. ]

Also keep in mind that Rare Live was compiled YEARS ago in a time when QP did not yet have the same sources as they have now.
Queen did NOT have all the mastertapes. Queen STILL does not have ALL the mastertapes.
Btw: Hyde Park will be broadcast in audio, not video.

I am not talking bout "less" in like horrible. I mean like the copy I got is VG quality. and I think the Rare Live one is Ex-
